The Challenge

Anglia Venues was conceived as a destination for discovering and booking high-quality venues across East Anglia and London. Be it in historic buildings or modern purpose-built spaces, Anglia Venues offers conference facilities, meeting rooms, creative studios and specialist production spaces under a single, cohesive brand.

The challenge was to create a brand that inspired confidence from day one—simple enough for first-time visitors to navigate with ease, yet detailed enough to support the needs of event organisers, production teams and corporate clients.

Equally important was creating a platform capable of accommodating a diverse range of bookings, from conferences and business meetings to podcast production, rehearsals, workshops and creative filming, while presenting every space as part of a carefully curated portfolio.

Our Approach

We developed Anglia Venues from the ground up, establishing both the strategic foundations and the customer experience that would support long-term growth.

Our work began with defining the brand positioning, creating a distinctive visual identity and developing a logo that reflected professionalism, flexibility and accessibility.

We designed and built a booking-focused website centred around the information prospective clients genuinely need to make decisions. Every venue page was carefully structured to communicate the purpose of each space, its facilities, technical capabilities and optional services, including professional AV support, livestream production and event assistance.

Alongside the platform itself, we curated and presented the first portfolio of bookable venues, including the flagship Cambridge Conference Centre—with its 450-seat auditorium, breakout rooms and event facilities—as well as dedicated creative production spaces including a podcast studio, movement studio and blackout production studio.

Finally, we designed the platform with expansion in mind. The website encourages enquiries beyond the current portfolio while providing a scalable framework capable of supporting future venue partnerships and continued growth.
